Well we made it back home from vacation on Sunday night. We had a great time. It is always fun to get together with Dawg and his family. We didn't actually do a whole lot but just being with friends was fun enough. Schlitterbahn was a blast and the girls loved it. The girls all went to see Disney's Ratatouille. Time always seems to fly when you are on vacation. I could have spent another several days with the Dawg but had to come home.
Why you might ask? Well yesterday morning Bentley had surgery. Now it was not anything major but it is still considered surgery at the hospital. Her tear ducts had not opened and so they had to go in and open them up for her. Pretty common procedure that took all of 10 minutes. In fact, within 20 minutes of leaving her we were back with her in recovery trying to calm her down. All went well!

We had a great time too. I'm glad the surgery turned out well. Minor stuff is still scary because they make you sign all those release forms that threaten the death of your child. Who wouldn't get at least a little nervous?!
Glad you had a good trip. Joshua had the same surgery done at the beginning of May. He got his stent out several weeks and ago and his eye looks like nothing has ever been wrong. It is scary a little bit and knowing they are so young makes it tougher. But, it is nice they bounce back so quickly when they are young and especially with it not being "major" surgery. Glad it turned out well for Bentley.
